I love houses. I always have. Especially old ones. As the daughter of a General Contractor/Carpenter, I grew up watching This Old House and House Hunters. The smell of a wood shop is like heaven to me and nothing compares to true craftsmanship and design.

After graduating from Wright State University, I spent ten years in NYC and Boston, working for the Martha Stewart Show, New Balance, and Iron Mountain. Six years ago, I decided to move back home to Dayton, make a major career change and have been a Carpenter Apprentice and “right hand woman” to my father at Flohre-Eminic Construction. We’ve worked on everything from 2-story additions in Oakwood, countless kitchens and baths, pergolas and decks, total house updates, giant garages and the list goes on. I’ve worked alongside our plumbing and electrical contractors to expand my knowledge in those areas as well. I understand what to look for in a house, what is quality work versus a horrible DIY job.

As I bring together my love and knowledge of homes, supporting people, love of Dayton and growing my career, I’ve realized that Real Estate is an amazing addition to my toolbelt. I’m dedicated, patient, hard working, goal oriented, honest and will go the extra mile to make sure you get the best outcome. Whether you’re buying or selling, I want to be that person to guide you along the process. I want to hear exactly what you need. What you’re looking for in a house. What you’ve dreamt of and imagined. Then I’m going to do everything I can to help you get there. I am passionate about this journey as a Real Estate Agent and I look forward to you joining me along the way.

I’m currently restoring a circa 1875 “shell of a home” in the Huffman Historic District. If I’m not working, hopefully I’m traveling to see friends or hanging out with family at our cottage at Indian Lake. I am also Mom to cat, Esther Belmont.
