Building upon my diverse career across sales, management and real estate, I founded Glasshouse Realty Group in 2019 with my business partner, Evan Kloth. We founded Glasshouse because we wanted to provide our clients with the resources of a big brokerage but with the personalized attention of a small, locally owned business.

We also wanted to create a brokerage that truly empowers its agents with the resources they need and compensation they deserve to give their clients the best experience possible.

In just two years of business, we've doubled our team of agents and nearly tripled our sales volume.
